My home lies between the villages of Uffculme and Culmstock, within lovely Devon countryside, with beautiful views, yet ease of access to main roads. The hamlet is called Craddock, which means amiable place. Parts of this old farmhouse date back to the 16th century. Set in a peaceful, country location, with lovely footpath walking, it lies within a few miles of the cities of Exeter and Taunton, and Dartmoor and Exmoor national parks Good for holiday makers, visitors and local events.
The accommodation is self contained and comprises 2 bedrooms, a sitting room, kitchen and bathroom, with use of the front garden.
As a guest, you will enjoy sole use of the accommodation as listed. There is a television and Wi-Fi.
As I live in the other part of the house, I will be available during your stay. On arrival, I will offer a cream tea or sponge cake at no extra charge. I can source breakfast materials if required, but do not cook breakfast for you. The kitchen is well equipped. There is an information book for you to read, detailing places of interest nearby.
We have a small dog, which will be kept in our part of the house and in the back garden. Smoking is not allowed, as the house is thatched.
