•洪水,风暴或火灾造成的重大损失

(3)不必要的呼叫和收费

My (now) husband and I drove from Kalgoorlie to Perth for our Registry Wedding and could not have chosen a better location. Bus stop right out the front and walling distance to Elizabeth Quay bus station and Perth CBD. Will defiantly be back! Shirley and her husband went above and beyond for us. The heater (aircon) wasnt working so Shirley messaged me to give me notice that they were going in to have look on Monday 7th - our wedding day so I didnt check my phone until just before getting back. So lovely to meet you both in person. It was lovely to have the heater as it rained for a few days after and it was cold. It was great to have a washing machine/dryer. (We replaced the laundry liquid & softener we used) and vacuum cleaner - I have long hair and tidy daily. Scissors! First Airbnb with scissors - so handy. I used them multiple times to cut tags off new clothes. Oh and sewing kit! Very impressed with Shirley's quick action regarding the heater. Will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We were allowed an early check in which was very convenient due to our early arrival. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for a lovely stay. We recommend Shirley's place at Mounts Bay Water Apartments

Istana Perth City is perfect for anyone looking to visit Perth or WA! Literally a few minutes walk from the city centre, this lovely, spacious apartment has everything you could need, including all the Mount Bay facilities i.e. gym etc. Shirley is lovely and super helpful with anything you might need to know. Can't recommend this enough!

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was nice and comfortable, and Shirley was very accommodating to our requests. We usually got an Uber home at night as it is a little bit out of the way of the town center for 2 younger females, but easily within walking distance! We came for the conference centre so it was nice and convenient for that.

Such a lovely and accessible place to stay in. It was just foot away to the bustling city. Great location indeed. The house is clean and tidy. When we came back home to a faulty TV. Shirley is so fast to rectify the issue and when we come back again the next day a new TV was install. Shirley is such a great host. She is prompt in answering all our queries and always remain helpful. I will gladly come back again to stay in this apartment if I visited Perth in the near future.
