Our cozy home features beautiful, vintage design, a cute deck, and a large, grassy backyard. Perfect for a relaxing adult weekend and also fully equipped for little ones!
On a bus line and close to a major transit center, making Seattle accessible without a car. We are also close to the Edmonds Beach, a short ferry to the Olympic Peninsula, and walking distance to a public pool and neighborhood park.
Great for families (with kids), couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
We love our house and will be happy to make it a warm, welcoming place for you to stay.
During the summer months our garden is in bloom, and herbs and various berries and veggies will be available for you to enjoy. You can take meals on our sun-dappled back deck hemmed in by lovely green trees, and in the evenings you can enjoy the wine under sweet cafe lights. The yard is great for kids and adults alike. Some road noise from the front, but never too much of a problem.
In the winter, you'll love to settle into the cozy living room to read or watch a movie. We will provide ample tea and coffee to keep you feeling lovely.
We have small children, so if you're traveling as a family you will find everything you need - books, toys, movies. If your children are very young, we can provide strollers, an infant carseat, pack-n-play, and baby accessories upon request.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the second bedroom hosts an office and a crib, and the third bedroom has a twin-sized bed. The couch is also completely comfortable to sleep on if you need room for one more.
We have a fully-equipped, spacious kitchen with everything you'd need for cooking and many pantry staples available for use. We will provide light breakfast during your stay, as well as a bottle of wine and/or other treats.
You'll have full access to the entire house, including the downstairs laundry room, and the front and back yards.
Depending on our cell reception while we're out of town, we'll be available via text, call, or email during your stay to answer any questions and help you fully enjoy your time here! If we won't be accessible, we'll make every effort to answer any questions before your arrival and also provide you with a local contact who is familiar with our house and neighborhood and can answer questions in our absence.
