walk within a block radius to the Eagle Bahn gondola (and back for your ski-day lunch in, if desired), to Lionshead Village's myriad places including ski sale/rental and tech services, to closest town bus stop, to the Vail Library, or whatever may interest you. After a challenging day of skiing, relax in the open-air hot tubs in the complex's courtyard before - or after - your dining engagement in or out. Getting about Vail's villages via walking and riding free town bus to Vail Village is a breeze.
Availability is strictly Sat. (Dec 30) through Fri. (Jan 05), with check-out being by 10:00 am Sat. (Jan 06); seven nights minimum required.
There is a ski rack locker for Unit 310 guests located near the east elevator on the parking, ground level, keyed to your unit key. There is also a ski/pole rack in the entry foyer of Unit 310, having pegs and a "bungie" cord to keep your skis vertically in place with their tales in a trough at floor.
To locate and, as a guest, to park your vehicle at Vantage Point, from Vail's South Frontage Rd heading west: turn left onto East Lionshead Circle, then take an almost immediate next right turn and proceed slightly down slope under the Vantage Point complex to its ground-level parking area. Further proceed toward the west end and find any open parking space in vicinity of the complex's general manager office which is adjacent to the west elevator. (Note: once access is gained to Unit 310, you will find an ~5x7 parking card on colored stock which you will place on your vehicle's dashboard to identify that your vehicle belongs to a tenant resident). Unit initial-access procedure will be provided by the host in a separate instruction in advance of your confirmed arrival.
An on-site General Property Manager's office for the entire Vantage Point complex is open 8 am-4 pm, M-F, and on occasion 8 am to noon, Sa, to help with any general questions that might arise during your stay. For specific unit-related questions or assistance there is an off-site property management office that can be reached via telephone and will further respond to the unit with a direct assist as circumstance and timeliness warrant. Respective telephone contact numbers for these two sources will be provided by the host as part of his check-in/access instructions.
The living area has a pull-out sleep sofa, queen size, whose sleeper guest(s) can avail its bedding as well as their personal clothing and effects to a large hallway closet and/or to door-covered, floor-to-ceiling shelving in the master bath which is accessible from hall. Each bedroom has a generous-size clothing closet with sliding, mirrored doors as well as a chest of drawers, nightstand, and sitting chair.

- Failure to return any moved furniture during your stay to its original position you found it in will result in a $100.00 penalty.
- Take all trash to the trash dumpster located in the parking garage during your stay and prior to check-out
- Do not leave prior to check-out any dirty dishes on the counter tops or tables. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the machine prior to check-out
- Upon check-out leave your room keys on the kitchen counter top.
- Your host will further contact you directly to provide check-in and specific access instructions in advance of your confirmed arrival.
