My place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
The room is very spacious with natural light from 2 windows and has a big KING size bed and comfortable mattress/pillows. There is a big wardrobe, dressing table and 2 side tables.
It is sparkling clean, brand new and quiet. There is a comfortable lounge with satellite TV (CNN, BBC, DW, Hindi/English movies etc.) Good for those who like to quiet surrounding, next to local Burmese neighbors. A good location to be among the locals, live like local.
Guest can use kitchen facilities, washing machine for free, free coffee and tea whole day. Free drinking water 'Alpine' certified ISO 9002.
NOTE : You are advised to buy Prepaid 3G SIM card which cost only USD1.20 and top up with Ks.2,000 (USD 1) for internet.
