I am a retired teacher, who loves the city of Ann Arbor. I've owned the duplex for a long time and lived there until I moved to Brighton, in 2006. I decided to try vacation home rentals, so I can share my home and stay there when I felt like I missed city living. It is a quaint 50's style ranch, with a great private location. The renters in the back are on board with the idea, and even offered to help host, when I am out of town.
