About the Resort
The property is located right on a beautiful sandy beach on the Promenade, at the famous Turnaround in Seaside. Shopping and dining is within easy walking distance.
The unit is fully equipped. This includes: dishes, drinking glasses, wine glasses, silverware, dishware, cooking utensils, grill tools, pots & pans, place mats, some assorted small appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, blender and microwave. Packets of kitchen spices and herbs. Bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. It is nice having a washer and dryer in each unit! If you run out of any of these you can get more at the front desk. All linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.
You also have a TV/DVD, private balcony with a bbq, and a gas fireplace. The large heated year-round pool is surrounded by 2 additional spas and a childrens pool. A central bbq area is located near the pool. The exercise room adjoins the game room. The game room has 2 pool tables, ping pong, air hockey, a large screen TV, and a mini-video arcade. There is also a business center and conference room.
Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and pool area as well in your room. There are also shared computers in the business center with a printer (no charge).
There isn't daily housekeeping like in a hotel. This is normal for a vacation timeshare. You can request housekeeping but there is a charge. Your unit will be assigned the morning check in. Parking is for 2 cars per unit. There are discount coupons that look like business cards for area restaurants and attractions. They should be near the business center but ask if you can't find them. The concierge is available to assist you with any additional help.
When I've stayed here the staff has always been friendly and helpful. If you ever need anything just ask. The front desk is open 24 hours.

Greetings from Seaside, Oregon, the quaint little city by the sea. Spend your day kite flying, walking the Seaside Promenade, strolling the nearby sandy beach or shopping. All of this and more awaits you while visiting WorldMark Seaside.
This resort consists of 251 studio, one, two and three bedroom units with gas fireplaces and balconies or decks. While the majority of units have fully equipped kitchens, studio units come with two burner stoves, microwaves and small refrigerators. ResortNet, WorldMark's internet service, is available in all units for a small fee.
WorldMark Seaside's amenities include an outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub and fitness center.

From Seattle, WA
Take I-5 South...
Tacoma is your first stop along the way. Take Exit 133 to I-705 North and absorb some culture in at the Museum of Glass—13,000 square feet of contemporary art made from glass. A most impressive piece of glass art is the Chihuly Bridge of Glass, a 500-foot pedestrian overpass linking the Museum to downtown Tacoma. Cross the bridge to the Washington State Historical Museum, and then reward yourself with a visit to Brown & Haley Almond Roca® Candy Factory, where you can browse the aisles of the warehouse outlet and find very sweet bargains. Olympia, Washington state's capital, is your next break. Visit the State Capital Museum by taking Exit 105, where Washington's territorial, formative statehood and contemporary years are examined through permanent and rotating exhibits. Be sure to check out the Delbert McBride Ethnobotanical Garden, displaying Northwest flora that has been used by generations of Native Americans as food, tools and medicine. The State Capitol Campus offers free tours seven days a week beginning on the hour between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Centralia, Washington is home to the largest Factory Outlet shopping center in the state when you get to Centralia—it's so big it's on both sides of the freeway. Take Exit 82 and turn either direction. Take Exit 39 onto Hwy 4 West You'll drive through Cathlamet, the 2nd oldest town in the state of Washington. Nestled in a gentle slope with an evergreen backdrop of forested hills, Cathlamet overlooks the Columbia River and has a long history as a place of trade. Lewis and Clark came here in 1805 to trade with the local Cathlamet and Wahkiakum Indian tribes, and in 1846 the town was established as a trading post.
Continuing west on Hwy 4...
Your next stop is Astoria. This is the oldest American settlement west of the Rockies. Revisit Native American history at the Heritage Museum or learn more about boats—from old dugout canoes to sailing ships—at the Columbia River Maritime Museum. And kids can get their hands on lots of fun things at the Astoria Children's Museum. You will pass the Astoria Bridge, an marvel of engineering that crosses the Columbia River. Built in 1926, it is 125 feet high and has 164 steps to the top.
From Portland, OR
Driving Hwy 26 West...
Go back in time with the Oregon Historical Society Museum. Absorb the rich history of the Oregon Trail and the people who traveled it.The Oregon Zoo is where you'll find lions, giraffes and zebras, and you can even enjoy a trek through the African Rain Forest.
Once you hit Hwy 101...
Cannon Beach is a beautiful spot to stop and have a picnic. You can explore Haystack Rock, the most photographed monolith and sea-life refuge on the Oregon coast. Go a little further and you'll find Tillamook Head Lighthouse, located between Cannon Beach and Seaside on Tillamook rock; its light first shined in 1880. It is now a federal wildlife refuge and best viewed from Ecola State Park, which is two miles north of Cannon Beach on Highway 101.
Finally, Seaside Factory Outlet Center is on the corner of US-101 and 12th Ave. (across the street from Cannes Cinema Center). Enjoy sales tax-free outlet shopping just before you get to your resort.

Units are assigned the morning of check in. I have access to all the condos, not just one, so you will check in at the front desk like in a hotel.
You may be able to check in early if you call the morning of the reservation and find out if early check in will be allowed - or, if your room is not ready you may be able to check yourself in and the front desk will call you with your room number when it is ready. Please call the front desk first to clear this with them. Late check outs are usually not permitted but you could still call the front desk and ask.
I will need the full name of the person checking in to add to the reservation. A government ID is required for check in and must match the name of the person checking in.
Please follow all rules for the resort. If you need anything please contact the front desk. The staff is very friendly and is always very helpful. You can also contact me for anything.

We have access to all these great properties and all the units during the whole year, not just one size for one week. So if you need more than one unit we can get it if it is available. If we don't have it booked we check real-time inventory to see availability, so it is best to contact us before booking. Let us know if you are looking for anything specific and we will get back to you asap. Some resorts are booked up especially during popular times.
