- Our home is in a beautiful neighborhood, and in lovely condition. Our facilities are clean and comfortable. Please respect our precious vases, books and knick knacks. Very easy maintenance. Claw foot tub with high sides needs to be stepped into. Please respect our downstairs tenants by being courteous and quiet. Always make sure back door is locked. We live in a very safe neighborhood, but it is in the middle of the City! Absolutely no smoking, please. I charge a minimum cleaning fee, and do all the cleaning myself, so I ask that you leave the house as you found it. Clean kitchen, no dirty dishes, strip sheets off of beds, all towels and sheets in laundry room. Thank you! Although the house sleeps 6, we prefer families and adult groups of no larger than 4--large school groups of 5 or more do not work, only because the plumbing cannot take that many adults--we only have one full bath and one half bath. The house is delicate--thanks for your understanding.
