My apartment is ideal for 2 mature adults looking to enjoy all that the treasured Umhlanga village has to offer. It is 86sqm which includes 1 large bedroom, furnished with a Queen size bed, side tables and dresser. There is one bathroom with both bath and shower. A small kitchen includes all necessities (fridge, stove, washing machine). The living room is spacious and sunny. Both the living room and bedroom open onto the balcony, and both rooms are air conditioned. There is DSTV. There is 1 secure, covered parking bay, and the block has 2 elevators. There is 24 hour security presence on site, and disc access throughout the block.
The residential block of Lighthouse Mall is above the commercial section of the Mall which is part of what makes my apartment sublimely convenient. You are quite literally an elevator ride away from a Pick n Pay and a very short walk away from a tempting variety of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. You're a 30m walk away from a Woolies Food and an even shorter walk to the local pharmacy. A 250m stroll will get you to the famed Oyster Box Hotel where you can enjoy a cocktail over looking the beautiful Indian Ocean, or take a few more steps to get onto the beautiful Umhlanga promenade and down onto the beach next to the famous Umhlanga Lighthouse. Gateway Theatre of Shopping and Life Umhlanga Hospital are a 4km drive away.
I will welcome my guests on arrival, familiarize them with the apartment and the block, hand over keys, remotes and access discs and be on my way! I will be on hand for any queries or emergencies, otherwise I will leave them to enjoy their stay.
This is a residential block with several owners and permanent tenants living in their homes. It is of the upmost importance that this upmarket block is not disrupted and that no other tenants are in anyway disturbed.
There is no smoking permitted in the apartment.
No animals allowed.
Security measures to be maintained at all times (doors locked and windows closed when leaving the apartment).
When parking, please make absolutely sure that you are neatly in the space so not to inconvenience the vehicles on either side.
No entertaining of other people.
Monkeys are hazardous- do not leave the bedroom or balcony doors open if you are not in the room!
