We provide parking inside of the building at $15 per night per car. In DTLA, others, including open parking lots, charge from $20-$50 per night, without in and out privileges. We provide our guests with gated secured parking inside of building @ $15/night, which is the best deal one can find in DTLA.
Please be aware, the guest arriving must present photo identification upon arrival for security purposes, which will be photographed to document that we met the correct guest.
Acceptable forms of ID are limited to:
- US or Canadian driver's license
- US state-issued ID card (not student ID)
- US military ID
No other form of ID will be accepted.
If you cannot verify your identity with ID when you arrive, you will not be allowed to proceed to the unit. Only the guest who made the reservation may check-in, unless arranged ahead of time via booking site message. We don't need to see IDs from everyone - just the person who booked, or the person that's been authorized to check-in. Sorry for the inconvenience, however we feel this is necessary for security and safety purposes.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or LARGE GATHERINGS
Check-In is after 4pm. Check-Out is 10am.
This building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit of deposit.
Guest reservation will be cancelled and security deposit released to host, if guest does not comply with no smoking & no drugs policy. The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
NO LOUD NOISE
We have a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY WITH NOISE COMPLAINTS. Quiet and mindful of residents and neighbors. QUIETER between the hours of 10PM and 8AM.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS
Please be honest with number of guests for your reservation. Absolutely no unregistered guests during your stay.
We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. We do ask that the number of visitors be limited to 2 individuals during your stay.
NO LIT CANDLES
NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS
DAMAGE: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.
Please return the room in the same condition as received
PLEASE LOVE THE ENVIRONMENT AND SAVE OUR RESOURCES. MUST TURN OFF lights, fan, AC, water, and ALL ELECTRICITY when you are not in the room.
Sorry we don't allow pets.

The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
For security purpose and to ensure that both parties are completely comfortable, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb (including a photograph).
By making the reservation, guests agree to the above rental agreement and house rules, and understand that any evidence of breaking house rules, or any complaints from neighbors or others, will result in a complete forfeit of deposit.
