My place is close to all public transportation including subway at three blocks and million of buses, Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires, Oui Oui, MALBA - Museo de Arte Latinoamericano de Buenos Aires, Pani, Voulez Bar. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Near the Zoo and the Botanical Garden. Near Palermo Soho, tons of parks.
It has two bedrooms and a big living room. A balcony 7 metres long overlooking a garden. It is on the second floor and it has a big kitchen.
It is a very comfortable place to read, study or work and rest for a day after walking around in Buenos Aires. It does not face the street, which makes it safer. It has security guard 24/7. It is near Museum Evita which is also a great restaurant. It has great quality sheets and towels.
It is small, about 90sq meters, and it still has three bedrooms. It is the best and safer neighbourhood in Palermo.
Good size kitchen if you are a cook.
It has big fans that make the apt cool even though we don't have AC yet.
You can use the whole apartment and it also has a 24 hours doorman downstairs.
I will be available for whatever you need at any time.
The apartment has two great TVs, one in the bedroom and the other in the living room with direct tv.
I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, then spent 20 years in New York working as a Spanish teacher. Since returning in 2007, I have been taking advantage of everything I missed about my city – the rich theatre scene, the bookstores on every block, the music, the creativity, and the warmth of everyday life. I enjoy reading, languages, cooking for friends, and practicing yoga. But my greatest pleasure is meeting new people and sharing my knowledge of Buenos Aires with them. I can point you to undiscovered restaurants, or my favorite yoga studios, or great tango teachers, or funky jazz clubs. I love managing my friend Claudia’s beautiful apartment and making new friends from around the world.
