Registration fees: The registration fee for the first car is included in the cleaning fee if you have a second car you will have to pay the additional $10/day + tax. The maximum is 2 cars. Please promptly register at the Club House and secure a parking pass. Hours are Monday through Friday 8-5 closed for lunch 12-1:30. You may also contact Security after hours until 11 p.m. If you don’t register and obtain a parking pass, you will be fined. This is a family neighborhood the speed limit is 10 mph enforced by radar!

Beach Disclosure: The beaches on Maui and Puamana occasionally change with the season. Most winters Puamana has a good beach occasionally a winter storm from the North with heavy rains and large waves will take the beach away. It returns in the summer when the seasonal south swells push it back in place along the shoreline. There is almost always a beach at Puamana Beach Park on the south side of the property and at Baby Beach on the North side of Lahaina Town.
