Puamana 100-4 is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom 4-bath partial ocean view town home in a great location directly across from the beach access and centered between the Dolphin pool, Historic Clubhouse and Oceanfront Pool.

Enjoy the sound of the surf while relaxing in this quality home. The large open floor plan features a guest bedroom, two baths, spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room downstairs with master bedroom, second guest room and two full baths upstairs. The back lanai is perfect for a family BBQ, dining, or just kicking back and relaxing while the upstairs master bedroom offers a large sun deck and ocean views. The owners enjoy sharing their Maui home and have stocked it with every convenience. With a top of the line location, quality décor and all the conveniences, this home is truly Puamana “No Ka Oi” (Puamana at its best).

Registration fees: The registration fee for the first car is included in the cleaning fee if you have a second car you will have to pay the additional $10/day + tax. The maximum is 2 cars. Please promptly register at the Club House and secure a parking pass. Hours are Monday through Friday 8-5 closed for lunch 12-1:30. You may also contact Security after hours until 11 p.m. If you don’t register and obtain a parking pass, you will be fined. This is a family neighborhood the speed limit is 10 mph enforced by radar!

Please note that the cleaning fee includes an Accidental Damage Protection Waiver and Puamana Registration Fee.

Beach Disclosure: The beaches on Maui and Puamana occasionally change with the season. Most winters Puamana has a good beach occasionally a winter storm from the North with heavy rains and large waves will take the beach away. It returns in the summer when the seasonal south swells push it back in place along the shoreline. There is almost always a beach at Puamana Beach Park on the south side of the property and at Baby Beach on the North side of Lahaina Town.

Excellent location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So close to downtown and the beach. Very Clean and every amenity you would need as if in your own home. Had a few hiccups with the grill, microwave, and AC in only one room, but all in all a great home!

We really enjoyed our stay at Puamana, this was a great location and was well located. The property is secure and close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and the property was neat and tidy. We would definitely come back as this is a great location.
