You’ll love our place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the ambiance, the light, and the comfy bed. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Garden Home is a compact apartment. The bathroom is small, the shower is RV size. It all functions well but for the 200 plus pounds folks will have a challenge.

My husband Jim and I are energetic retirees who love to garden, travel, and spend time with family and friends. We are active in our community and love to welcome new friends into our lives.
I, Connie, am a retired RN and my husband, Jim is a retired teacher. We have lived in the Bothell area for over fifty years. We have 3 daughters and 8 grandchildren in the area. We have a church community that we love. We plant a huge vegetable garden yearly and enjoy sharing our harvests with family, friends, and those in need.
Jim and I have traveled extensively in Central and South America. Jim, a retired Spanish teacher, has kept his love of the cultures and language of Latin America alive in this way. A favorite memory is our trip to Peru to work for a mission project. We got the chance to see Machu Picchu! Other trips include visits to Chile, Mexico, Ecuador,The Dominican Republic and Haiti.
Our travels have helped us understand how a warm welcome and a comfortable place to stay can make all the difference. We love to be hosts!
The Garden House is located within a short drive or walking distance of restaurants and shopping, including a new PCC grocery store. We have a walking trail that leads to our lowland wilderness. This short hike is easy and refreshing.
Our large vegetable garden is open for guests to enjoy. In their season, we have lettuce, carrots, beans, onions, beets, chard, zucchini, corn and cucumbers.
