Our cosy home is situated within the grounds of the national park 5 minute walk takes you into heart of the village, the Loch side, family-friendly activities and train station with direct links to Glasgow . We are centrally located for travelling all over Scotland with Glasgow Airport a 20 minute drive away. The room has a double bed good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We have a large enclosed garden for you to share. Balloch park is right on our doorstep.
The room is an attic conversion therefore its a small double it has sloped ceilings maybe not the best if you are very tall :D. The one shared bathroom in our home is across the hall from the room
Guests can use the kitchen to cook a meal and use the dining room to eat their meal. All I ask is that you clear up after yourself. Please note the dishwasher doesn't work at the moment so like us its hand washing of dishes only :D
I do try if I'm not at work to be here for guests incase they have any questions. It isn't always possible to be here however as a family we try to make you feel welcome into our home.
Breakfast is cereal and toast, simple but satisfying. There is fresh juice tea and coffee as well.
- We are both professionals who work full time. Our home is a family home that has two labrador pups that are a year old and are allowed access to most area's of the house. They are well behaved however they are full of beans :)
We would like you to feel like it's a home from home where you can relax and be comfortable. It's not fancy but it's full of warmth :D
Day's we are working breakfast is self service.
If you are scared of dogs this place is not for you.
If you want to cook thats fine just please clean up after yourself and eat your meal in the dining room and not the bedroom :D Please be respectful in true Air BnB style it is our home and we've welcomed you in.
I'm a busy wife and mum. With one adult child still at home we decided to give Airbnb a go. I'm a registered Nurse and we have two beautiful very friendly Labrador pups. My hubby has just retired out of the British Royal Navy after 33 years and this is a new exciting adventure for us.
