Blenheim Beauty is a stunning master built tri-level residence, complete with everything you need for a fun and relaxing luxury getaway. The house is perfectly located up the hill, less than 800 metres from Blenheim Beach, and has sweeping views of Jervis Bay. Come and relax in your gorgeous outdoor jacuzzi and enjoy a glass of champagne under the stars ~ you will love your holiday at Blenheim Beauty.
At Blenheim Beauty there is extensive use of glass to bring in the light and take in the views, and a well stocked gourmet kitchen and adjoining outdoor BBQ dining area. The high ceilings throughout this home add to the spaciousness and ambience; and your comfort is ensured with a combustion log fire and reverse cycle air conditioning in the main living area and master suite. The master suite is upstairs and has a balcony that provide beautiful sweeping views of Jervis Bay, including Point Perpendicular, Hyams Beach and Beecroft Peninsula.
The main deck below boasts an outdoor dining area, with a stainless steel 8-burner BBQ and 8-person dining setting. Ceiling fans, plantation shutters and breeze shades are available to create the perfect dining atmosphere for you and your guests. You also have a 4-person jacuzzi with combination hydromassage jets and multi-temperature settings. For true indulgence, relax with glasses of bubbly in the jacuzzi overlooking the bay by day, or under the stars at night.
The house is located in a quiet street in Vincentia, with Blenheim beach a 10 minute walk away down the hill. Blenheim Beach is the closest beach to the house. To get there turn left at the end of Towry Crescent down Murray Street and follow the road down the hill and when you reach the Elizabeth Drive intersection, go straight ahead. A lovely cove beach, similar to Greenfield beach, it is great for swimming with children, snorkelling, and beach picnics as there is a grassy reserve, playground and toilets. About 10 minutes if you want to walk (although the walk back uphill takes a little longer ☺), or less than a minute if driving.
The house features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and three bedrooms, can sleep 9 people with a futon in the second living area also available, and is perfect for both families or groups seeking a luxurious getaway.
BEDROOMS - the master bedroom contains a King size bed, walk in robe with adjoining ensuite and balcony. A second bedroom contains a Queen bed with a single trundle; and a third bedroom features a trio bunk (double bed with single bunk) as well as a single trundle. The third bedroom is suitable for parents with small children, and two portacots are also supplied. We provide fine quality bedding including mattress and pillow protectors, doonas, pillows and throws for your comfort. All you need to bring along are top and fitted sheets, pillowcases and towels; otherwise linen can also be hired for an additional cost. All bedrooms feature built-in robes, clothes hangers, alarm clocks, and fans.
KITCHEN – the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with glassware, crockery, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, tea towels, cleaning products, entertainer's fridge and wine fridge. Other features include granite bench tops, double oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. A supply of coffee capsules, sugar, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, basic condiments and a selection of teas are complimentary.
DINING – the dining area contains an 8-place dining table as well as a Bose bluetooth speaker to play your favourite music. A guest information manual and local area brochures are provided to cater for all your holiday needs. An 8 burner BBQ and outdoor dining setting run adjacent to the dining area on the main deck.
BATHROOMS - the bathroom and ensuite both contain a hair dryer, bath mats, hand towels, and a full sized set of Sukin shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
LIVING AREA / ENTERTAINMENT - the living area contains a TV with Foxtel, a Bose speaker and lounge seating for 8 people. A selection of board games and books are also provided (and are located in the upper living area). Complimentary wifi internet is provided, however please be aware that the signal is best in the upper living area and as we are in a regional area, the speed can vary.
PARKING - there is off-street parking for two vehicles in the driveway, and an additional space at the top of the driveway. The garage is not part of the rental.
BEACH ACCESSORIES – stored in the laundry you can find fun beach toys, including boogie boards, beach umbrella, cricket set, beach chairs and snorkel sets for your enjoyment!
LAUNDRY – the laundry contains an energy efficient washing machine and clothes dryer. Washing powder and pegs are supplied.
OUTDOOR SHOWER - after the beach rinse off the salt and sand in our lovely outdoor shower in the front garden.
THE LOCAL AREA
Down the hill from the house is beautiful Blenheim beach, less than a minute’s drive away. From Blenheim beach you turn left onto Elizabeth Drive to head to stunning Greenfield beach and the start of the Booderee National Park, which also offers a gorgeous bushwalk to Hyams Beach. Greenfield beach boasts a superb grassed picnic area with toilets, picnic tables and BBQs directly behind the beach.
Vincentia Village shopping centre is only a few minutes drive from the house. A Coles supermarket, pharmacy, ATMs, Caltex petrol station, newsagent, liquor shop, vet and restaurants are all available here. A further three minute drive will take you to the new Vincentia Marketplace shopping complex complete with Woolworths, Aldi, Oportos, Bakers Delight, coffee shops, restaurants and a gym.
If you like golfing, the Vincentia golf course is less than 10 minutes walk away. Stay for a drink on the deck as the sun goes down. The walk to Blenheim beach takes about 10 minutes, and a bit longer on the return uphill. Vincentia is also great for bicycles, with well maintsined cycling paths.

Other Things to Note
Please note towels and sheets/pillowcases are not supplied, but can be requested for hire prior to arrival for an additional fee. You will need beach and bath towels, fitted and flat sheets, and pillowcases for your stay.
In an effort to make your stay more relaxing, we provide the following provisions:
- Sukin shampoo, conditioner and body wash
- Hand soap
- Hand towels, bath mats and tea towels
- Washing, dishwashing detergents and laundry powder
- Toilet paper
- Basic condiments (oil, salt/pepper, sauces, complimentary tea/coffee), in addition to other foods available in the pantry and fridge - please help yourself to everything!
The house is exclusively for your use. The garage is not part of the rental.
We will often be available to meet you at the property, or if not the key can be collected from our real estate agent in Huskisson.
7 night minimum stay from 15 December to 1 February.
LINEN - SHEETS / PILLOW CASES / TOWELS:
You will need your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and bath and beach towels. The bed configurations are as follows:
Master: 1 x king bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x queen bed & 1 x single trundle
Bedroom 3: 1 x trio bunk (double bed & single bed) & 1 x single trundle
Alternatively, if you require linen please let me know and I can arrange hire through our local linen company at an additional cost.
Pets and smoking inside are not allowed.
An additional cleaning of $50 will be requested if the bbq is not cleaned after use.
We please ask that you respect the following rules: no smoking inside, no events or parties, no additional guests (other than those specified in your booking) and unfortunately no pets allowed.
Also, as we live in a quiet neighbourhood, we ask that you come inside and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm, especially out on the upper and lower decks as noise tends to travel in our street. Thank you for your help in respecting our wonderful neighbours :)

Hello, we are from Australia and enjoy travelling to fun and interesting places around the world and meeting new people.
We live with our two boys and dog. Together we enjoy cooking, gardening and sharing dinner with our friends. The rest of our spare time we spend with our families in Canberra, Sydney and Jervis Bay.
As guests, we are both very clean, mature and responsible and always take extra care of any homes we have the privilege of staying in. As we are very house proud, we know how important it is to respect your home, just as we would our own.
We also host and love to have visitors come and stay at our beach houses to experience the best of what Jervis Bay has to offer!
