Kiara Park is a quiet and children friendly apartment complex. This is our home while we are in Kuala Lumpur and it is available to rent while we are in New Zealand. Norma, the housekeeper, will meet you and make sure that your stay is comfortable. If you have any problems during your stay, she will help you out. Otherwise, the room and common areas are yours to make use of.
There is no TV and the apartment is up three flights of stairs.
Our duplex unit is up three flights of stairs on the two uppermost floors of the building. Upon entering the unit, you will see the kitchen on your left and living room to your right. We sometimes use part of the living room for storage and as a children's play area. Norma's room is through the cased opening to the left and the children's bedroom and en suite is on the right. The children's beds are one single bed and two single bunk beds. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom between. The 2 queen sized beds have very high quality mattresses and sheets.
The washing machine and drying area can be found on a small balcony outside of the kitchen.
Your room, the kitchen, dining area and the swimming pools
The apartment is our home while in KL, so we'll be in New Zealand. However, the housekeeper, Norma, stays at the apartment and will greet you and show you around the apartment. If you need help or tips on where to go, she may be able to help.
The swimming pool opening times are between 7am to 10pm.
Our family lives part-time in Malaysia and part-time in New Zealand. I am from New Zealand and my wife is from Malaysia and our kids are from both. We try to spend time each year in both countries.
The whole family has been travelling around the world several times and we always stay in AirBnB homes when possible. Hotels are usually so sterile.
If you're coming to stay at our place, I hope you enjoy the little local touches that we've made and that you explore the local neighbourhood. KL is all about neighbourhoods and ours rocks!
