Adorable Condo w Pool and Hot Tub
The next time I come up to Whistler, I'll be contacting Rachel again! As a host: friendly, dependable and a prompt, clear communicator. The apartment: exactly as the pictures show, it's got everything you could need in a neat package. The kitchen, bathroom and room were clean, tidy and well-stocked! My husband and I were comfortable right away. The location: perfect for us. It's away from the noise and bustle of the village, but very well-serviced with nearby bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Creekbread, Red Door Bistro, Rimrock Cafe are all highly rated on Yelp and all within walking distance!
Very nice, comfortable place to stay here for our brief, three days at Whistler Creekside. Rachel met us at our arrival and talked us through everything and showed us around and got us acclimated to the area. When we found we needed something, Rachel saw to it right away. Nice pool and (especially) hot tub which was welcome after long hikes and kayaking. And, for those of us who can't seem to lose touch, the cable and internet connections were very welcome! One thing to take note of, however: the condo sits in an area where the sound really resonates (which is no fault of anything or anyone other than the terrain, I guess). But, with the windows open in the summer (as we had), you hear every little thing - from the (very) sporadic traffic to people talking to kids yelling in the pool in the condos across the way. This is only a concern if you're a light sleeper - definitely not a problem during ski season. Otherwise, it is a very quiet and "sleepy" area in the summer. At any rate, we had a great time here and would be more than happy to return.
Rachel was a great host and always available, responsive, and friendly. The apartment was comfortable and location was fantastic. People in the building were also very friendly. I never used the pool, but it seemed great and also had BBQ grills available for use. WiFi, TV, everything in working order. I had a great time while I stayed here.
Rachel was great at communicating with us up to and during outstay in Whistler. Her apartment was very cozy, and the location right out of Whistler Village was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub every night gazing into the spectacular mountains. Great place! We hope to visit again in the winter.
We stayed at Rachel's condo for a weekend while attending our friend's wedding in Whistler. The condo was very well-situated in Creekside, close to the wedding venue, and just a few minutes' drive from Whistler Village. Parking was provided, which was great. There's a pool and hot tub which we didn't use but looked very nice. The condo itself was nice - looked like the pics, and had a nice little outdoor patio and a great window seat. We didn't spend much time there, though, and again, the proximity to the mountains and all the amazing local activities was the main reason we stayed there. There were a few small details missing (no soap in the bathroom, no wifi) which weren't a big deal for us. There was also an additional cleaning fee. Although we didn't meet Rachel, she was very good with giving us the info we needed to check in and out. There was a small mix-up with the condo keys when we arrived, but Rachel was super helpful in sorting it out for us (even though she was in Europe at the time)! All in all, a good place to stay in Creekside.
Thanks for your comments Liz. I am glad you enjoyed your stay and that you found the location worked so well. I just wanted to clarify that my ad stated clearly that there was no WiFi in the unit at that time (although there is now) and also stated that for stays over three days there is no cleaning fee but for two days or less there is. The soap was located in the cupboards. I hope you return one day to enjoy Whistler in the winter.
Rachel was very accommodating and understanding of our needs. We explained the experience we were looking for in Whistler i.e close to convenient things - but not in a busy, noisy area, using bikes and walking for a carless lifestyle to get to all the establishments and outdoor experience we like, high speed wifi to facilitate working during our long stay and more. She explained everything and made us very comfortable about our choice. And upon arrival she ensured the wifi was upgraded and even helped to provide some additional items for the kitchen that was already well equipped but nice to have for us who cook daily. The pool, hot tube, bike room etc was all perfect as advertised. So she did everything to make our stay comfortable and displayed her integrity, diligence and customer focus by checking in with us and asking us if there is anything we need.

The bus stops just across the street from our building and takes you directly into the heart of the bustling village.
