My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
Newly refurbished two bedroom ground floor quarter villa in quiet cul-de-sac, close to beach. Gas central heating, private garden & off street parking. There is a keyless digital lock on inside door for added security and late night entries.
The house is all on one level with just three steps at the front door,
large kitchen with breakfast bar, two comfy bedrooms, we have a travel cot but you would need to bring your own sheets and covers, large lounge with cosy couch, free view TV, Wi-Fi and storage in hall for suitcases/bikes, There is also a fully enclosed garden with off street parking up the side of the property at the top right hand side.
I'm a stay at home mum of two and live near by so I'm on hand most of the time.
There is a keyless digital lock on the property so guest can let themselves in if they prefer
There is parking for 1 car up the side of the property please park at the top right hand side between the green shed and the tall fence as this is a shared parking area and the neighbours own the rest of the ground.
- We are in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, so quiet outdoors after 10pm would be appreciated.
- There is no smoking within the house.
