The view of the London skyline is iconic and we're a few minutes walk from parks, restaurants, shops, nightlife & transport links so staying here's a breeze...

We're high up in the sky in arguably the trendiest neighbourhood in London - Shoreditch!
Everything you could want from a trip to London (sightseeing, culture nightlife, restaurants, red London telephone boxes) are all within easy reach with your base near Old Street in Shoreditch.
Having a large double room like this to relax in will make your trip all the better and the room has everything you might need (TV, complimentary coffee/tea/toast and mini-fridge).
My flat is spacious and you just have to look through any of the many windows to get an eye-full of the brilliant view of the London skyline.
I'm also trying to do my bit to save the planet so my electricity is sourced from 100% renewables (solar, wind, hydro) and the gas company offsets gas usage to balance the carbon footprint!
You'll have access to the kitchen to cook light meals, some cupboard and fridge space as well as the bathroom (with shower) that you'll be sharing with me and quite likely the guests from the other Airbnb room in my flat.
Access to the couch and the balcony is through my bedroom so as long as my bedroom door is open feel free to come in and chill on the couch or relax on the balcony.
I love hosting so am happy to interact as much or as little as you like!
I work in tourism and am a musician so have loads of tips and tricks for getting the most out of London (where to shop, eat, drink and explore) so ask away! I'm very happy to sit down for a meal together too or bring you along to one of my gigs.
I could even take you on a private walking tour around London at a discounted rate.
This flat is my home and I love living here and am sure you will too!
There are 2 bedrooms that I have listed on Airbnb so it is likely that other guests will be staying in the 2nd room when you're here.
The couch and balcony are accessed through my bedroom so as long as my bedroom door is open feel free to come and chill on the couch or relax on the balcony.
Please also respect the other guests by being considerate with time spent in communal areas (bathroom/kitchen etc).
Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm and before 9am in consideration of the neighbours
Please ask me before inviting anyone to the flat. The general rule is that no unauthorised guests are allowed.
When you leave your room for the day please turn the dial on the radiator to the lowest setting. Save the trees :)
Pull chain all the way down. Best to put toilet seat up before flushing and then down after flushing. Don't throw anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Everything else (including moist toilet wipes) should go in the bin provided.
Please hang your towels in your room so as not to inconvenience the other guests.
Any paper, recyclable plastic, cardboard, tin etc can go into the recycling bin in the kitchen (labelled).
Feel free to cook up a light meal but please clean up afterwards (including removing food remains caught in the sink).
If you accidentally break something please let me know. If it's something small like a plate or mug (or something big) you can either replace it with something similar or pay for a new one/repair.
