Welcome to Apartment 59, a renovated loft style apartment in a classic residential building of Saigon. You will live among the friendly locals, many shops and artist's studios, in a typical neighborhood of District 3. The place is very close to Independence Palace, and about 10 mins by bike to Bui Vien, the main street of tourists.
I wish to make your stay in Sai Gon as memorable as possible.
Hope to see you soon!
First thing first, please be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor.
Then please read on.
WARNING: It is not going to be fun, but please read through. Also please don't take it personal. This is applied to everyone.
Dear my honored guests,
The thing is, I have heard that Airbnb Guarantee Policy does not work really well. It is numbed by bureaucratic procedure which is even more painful than claiming insurance from local insurance firms in Vietnam. As a matter of fact, we will not talk about local insurance policy here ever, it is a forbidden Pandora's box.
That means that while I am a very open-minded host who welcome guests to my house and treat them like myself, I will not tolerate any major damage to the house without compensation.
What I meant by major damage: trashing the place to an unrecognizable extent, damaging the wall, the floor, broken sofa or bed, unrecovered un-washable stains on the rug, burning doors, put cat in the washing machine, feathers in dryer, chopped table, lost stools, and you get my idea by now.
In cases anything of the scale above happens, and I am not informed immediately, nor the guests refuse to take responsibility, I will send Dragons after them. Dead or Alive.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
Best of luck,
I know a little here, a little there. You can probably hit me with questions.

I got bored of traveling. All I wish to do is to dip my head into locals living, to live in places that I am fortunate enough to come. All of the houses are there for a reason. Eat the same spots with neighbors, rowing at night, ride the bike across town, get that Tra Da from the lady in that corner, go check the places and I will tell you something off the menu. Feel the vibe!
