Hawthorn House is located down a quiet country lane and has wonderful views. Recently converted from two stone cottages knocked together, Hawthorn House has been totally renovated and is warm and light.
The house is well located for city, beach and countryside. It is located on the outskirts of the village of Pathhead with its family run bakery, post office, GP practice, pub and village shop. The airport and the city of Edinburgh are both 20mins away by car.
The house is light and airy with pretty views of the garden. Guests often remark on the hares and cows and the garden is maturing and looking lovely. The house is wheelchair friendly with disabled access from outside and wide passages.
We are pleased to welcome dogs but ask that you keep them away from the bedrooms. There is a large laundry room and a separate toilet by the front door. Huge folding doors open up, perfect for al fresco dining.
The house is down a quiet lane but there is a farm next door so you must be aware of vehicles passing. We are sure that any little ones will enjoy waving to the tractors and the garden is fenced.
We hope that you enjoy a wonderful stay in our house.
We have a housekeeper who will assist with your stay if you have any enquiries about the house.
