A spacious 1920s studio built at the bottom of the Hollywood Hills. It is walking distance to Hollywood Bowl, Metro, Walk-of-Fame, Chinese Theater and an easy drive to Universal Studios. The Bungalow has a tropical vibe steeped in a 1920s Hollywood feel. It's rumored that Bette Midler and Marilyn lived in these studios as struggling artists. You'll get that old Hollywood artistry in this spacious 1920s studio. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).
The studio is spacious. It's sectioned off in a way to make it feel like there is a living room section, an area for business, and an area for sleep. There is both a front of back door that lead directly to the great outdoors rather than into a stuffy hallway. This place feels like your very own private get away.
Guess has access to full kitchen, full bath, TV via (URL HIDDEN) wifi. There are several fans available. Access to back through the kitchen. Please note there is access to several fans in the unit to use as our cooling /air flow system.
I'll be available via text or e-mail. I also have out several maps and details to locations near by. Address that you can visit via metro or uber. Best areas to have uber pick you up. As much as I can help remotely, I am there for you.
- My place allows pets. However, they must be taken off the proper to go to the bathroom. There is a park nearby, a 1 minute walk away. Please clean up after yourself. Dishes are open for use as well as the stove and rest of the kitchen. Internet is available was well as access to Comcast Online via what's been set up on the desk top that is available for guest use. You can of course have friends you know or met over! Larger parties won't work so well in this space but get togethers are great.
- I own a kitten that stays in the apartment when I am there. The place is very clean but please be aware if you have any pet allergies.
- You'll have access to a closet. As well as access to my books. Please just do not take them out of the apartment and treat them with respect.
