My place is close to Montgomery Reservoir, Quandary Peak, and Mt. Lincoln. You’ll love my place because of the views, high ceilings, the coziness in the heart of the Rockies at 11,000 feet! If you're looking for a place to totally disconnect, this is it! Get out and explore nature, read a book, go for a hike, play a board game (provided) or hibernate on the couch with a DVD (provided). NO WIFI here my friends! Feel free to bring your own DVD movies.
There is a queen bed, bunk beds, and two single beds in the loft. The leather sofa reclines. Plenty of wood for the stove. Enjoy.
You have access to the entire property. Please remember that you are at 11,000 feet. Take it easy your first day and please stay hydrated. Sleep issues and headaches are common but can be avoided with proper hydration and rest. Use BOTH the humidifiers at night, if needed.
NOV - APRIL: MUST HAVE 4X4 WITH SNOW TIRES AND/OR CHAINS FOR THIS LOCATION. Guest Feedback: The driveway can be a little tricky when it snows - even with plow service. Guests may need to shovel or park at top of the hill. If you do not have the required vehicle you can call for a plow at your expense. Dustin: (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
Please call me at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) if you need anything. I am almost 2 hours away but want you to know that I'll do all I can if you need any assistance.

Please leave cabin in order, please do not rearrange furniture or switch around bedding, please wash all used dishes, please do not leave perishables in refrigerator. Any additional cleaning costs will be passed along to renters - No exceptions. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL
No pets please: I feel terrible about this but too many incidents in the past with pooches. This was pet friendly but I need to consider the health of ALL guests and with rising concerns about fleas and ticks from other states I had to change pet rules.
