The place is better than advertised (I suggested Michael upload better pictures), and a good deal. The casita is surrounded by farmland, very picturesque, and a few similar residences. It's a 15 min walk to the beach, about 8 min driving to tacos and cheap, same-day laundry service, and maybe 20 min driving to Todos Santos. I stayed for 31 days and felt very safe. The property has a gate and a space for a car. Though the house was under construction when I visited (not actively, just partially constructed) and therefore not itself picturesque, the completed portion of the house is very clean, stays cool during the hot days and is immersed in a beautiful garden of palms and other flowering verdure. Be prepared for the sound of birds - monochromatic and exotic, and for the tide's echo. After a few days you will keep time by these and other natural phenomena. The wifi is really that of the neighboring house and therefore didn't work in the house on either of my devices, rather I had to sit in the back yard to pick up signal. This was fine for me, but don't expect to Netflix and chill in bed. There are two VERY sweet dogs who claim the yard: they may try to walk to the beach with you and if you go for a run, expect company to follow.
