This spacious, end unit townhome is uniquely positioned to offer beautiful light and breathtaking views. There is great ski-in/out access in the winter, and the home is located near some of the greatest fly fishing in the world for summer fun. Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort have joined together to offer 5,800 acres of some of the best and most varied skiable terrain in North America under one ticket. There are trails for all ability levels of skiers and snowboarders, and two great ski schools for kids, beginners, or experts. Get your thrills in on the steep and deep with bowl and glade skiing on the Moonlight Basin side of the mountain, or enjoy the longest ride on the mountain from the Liberty Bowl into the Big Sky Base--a total of 6 miles! With an average of over 400 inches of snow per year and rare chairlift lines, you can see why Big Sky is one of the top ski destinations in the world!

This chalet has all the amenities of home and offers a warm and cozy environment. Professionally decorated with tasteful yet comfortable furnishings, this home offers unbelievable views of mountain peaks, ski terrain, and Montana sky, all of which is breathtaking both day and night. A hot tub on upper deck allows for night views of thousands of stars and stunning daytime mountain vistas. Watch friends ski down Pony Express to the chairlift from the hot tub or living room walk-out deck. A private patio off the master bedroom completes the trio of outdoor areas for the home.

The living room on the main floor offers grand views from each of the windows. There is a large Smart TV in the living room, with a Roku, so you can stream all your favorite shows on the internet offered exclusively to residents in the home. There is ample seating, including bean bag chairs for the kids to allow everyone to spend time together comfortably. The kitchen is well-stocked for the family chef, and features lots of open counter space and an island with a dedicated prep sink. The kitchen leads into a dining area with a table that seats 6.

All the bedrooms come equipped with an HDTV, two of which are Smart TVs. The master bedroom is located on the lower floor and features a king bed, a sitting area inside, an outdoor patio, an en suite bathroom, and has a twin bed set into the wall. The other two bedrooms in the home are located on the lower level and the loft respectively, and each has their own en suite bathroom, and each has a queen-size bed.

In the summer, world-class blue ribbon fly fishing is available on your own or with a variety of great guides to choose from, many scenic hiking trails, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, golf, lots of friendly people, and beautiful vistas. The “Expedition to the Top” offered by the Big Sky Resort takes guests halfway up Lone Peak by truck with a guide telling you about the area, then board the Lone Peak Tram to ride up to the summit at 11,166 feet for a view you’ll never forget. With the West Entrance to Yellowstone only about 60 miles away, the Park is a can’t miss event during your vacation!

1. PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION:
The property is fully furnished and includes all appliances, cookware, linens, towels, and initial supply of paper products. You are provided with an initial supply of these items and we ask that guests call us if they start to run low.

2. ARRIVAL
Check in time is 4:00 PM unless otherwise arranged. Upon arrival at the property, Tenant will check for damages and report any found to Black Diamond. If you desire early check-in, please call in advance and confirm early check-in is possible.

3. NO SMOKING
This is a NON SMOKING residence. If Guest or any person invited into the property by Guest smokes in the property, Guest shall additionally be liable to Owner for any costs incurred by Owner to clean the Property of all smoking related damage, dirt, or odors.

4. PET POLICY
Pets are not permitted in home or on the premises. If BDVR becomes aware that a pet has been brought onto or into the Property, Owner or BDVR reserves the right to immediately evict Guest.

5. NO DISRUPTIVE PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
Guest acknowledges that Owner strictly prohibits any parties or gatherings that are noisy and disruptive in nature. Any violation of this paragraph shall be cause for immediate eviction of Guest and all individuals in Guest's group. In such instance, Guest shall forfeit all rent for the balance of the term of the reservation.

6. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
While there may be numerous occupants in a given dwelling, only the reserving party is responsible for the payment, security deposit and all other guest responsibilities enumerated in the agreement. Owners and BDVR are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

7. DEPARTURE
Check out time is 10:00 AM.

8. TELEPHONE USE
All Properties are furnished with land line telephones. These are for local calls only as most homes have a long distance “block”.

9. INTERNET ACCESS
All Properties have wireless internet access. Passwords will be in the guest manual located in the living room of your unit. This reservation will remain reserved for you unless you notify us of a need to cancel. Please let us know if your plans change!

10. RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests will be required to sign and return the Rental Agreement to confirm their reservation.

11. ARRIVAL INFORMATION
All guests will be provided with the arrival information 3 weeks prior to their arrival date which will include driving directions from the airport, lock box codes for the keys to the rental property, grocery store locations and contact information for some of the local attractions.
