About 10-15 min drive/Uber to downtown SD. 10-15 min WALK to the beach and heart of Ocean Beach (OB). Super spacious with 2 beds (1 queen, 1 full), a giant couch, and 3 air mattresses we can set up. Perfect spot if you're coming for a beach weekend or to explore SD! Plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance too.
You’ll love the ocean views, the location (7 blocks to beach!), the outdoor space, & the size (1,318 sq. ft.)!. Plenty of street parking. Safe, locked building.
Our condo is extremely spacious and filled with natural light from 4 skylights, a sliding glass door in each bedroom & the living room, and a large living room window as well. Ocean views from every sliding glass door & the window! We have a HUGE comfortable couch that can easily sit 8 people for movie watching on our 50 inch Smart TV or simply relaxing. On the balcony, there is a daybed, a hammock, a patio table, and a grill. The complex also backs up to a large park for plenty of outdoor activities. The condo is a quiet, comfortable space to unwind relatively closely to downtown San Diego and very close to the beach.
Guests have access to the entire condo with the exception of the master bedroom closet.
We are usually around to greet you, give you a tour, and hand over the keys. We are available to answer any questions throughout your stay as well via text/call/e-mail.
- We allow groups, but THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! This is our home, so please treat it like yours. Please keep the noise down after 10:00 PM.
- Pool, hot tub, & complex's Rec Room are NOT open to Airbnb guests, please be respectful of this rule as this is our home & these are our neighbors.
My name is Emily and I am from Philadelphia, but I have lived in San Diego, CA for the past 7 years. Prior to SD, I went to Penn State (WE ARE!) and traveled a bit. I now live in a rad little town called Ocean Beach.
I was born to travel. Favorite spots so far include Portugal, Brazil, Australia, Barbados, Puerto Rico, and Turks & Caicos.
I also like live music & music festivals, craft beer, lawn games, passports filled with stamps, seeing new places, & meeting new people.
