David's place is a lovely terraced stone cottage just on the outskirts of St Just - comfortable and well equipped. It's in the perfect spot for walking and exploring the wild Cornish coast, just a few minutes away from the coastal footpath with all it's raw landscapes and old mining ruins. We enjoyed wild windy weather and sat watching huge surf on Portheras Cove, as well as swimming in calmer waves on Porth Nanwen. The Atlantic Coaster open top bus stops just at the end of David's street, so it's perfect if you are on public transport as we were. Everything was very easy and friendly from the communication in advance and finding the place/keys etc. There is no running hot water but a great hot electric shower and we didnt miss the hot water at all. Excellent fast wifi if you need it. And the kitchen is well equipped. Perfect for 2-3 people, a family with a child, or just a couple like us. It's a short uphill walk into the centre of St Just so if you are infirm and dont have a car it might not be for you. If you like ancient stones and monuments, the Tregeseal stone circle is about a half hour walk away (you need a map and wellies if its been raining), and the Ballowall Barrow is a roofless but well preserved stone barrow between the lovely Cape Cornwall and Porth Nanwen. Thanks for sharing your place David!
