During the hot summer months may see a lot of afternoon showers. There is an umbrella available for guests but do be reminded that light rain gear is advised. Also, the summer brings with it our famous Palmetto bugs. While these are not anticipated to be a part of your stay, they do get into the house from time to time. If there is any problem please contact us immediately. They are harmless, just big and scary to most people!
Please follow basic urban precautions, know where you're going, don't go alone especially after dark.
-Have fun, and respect the home!
-This may or may not sound like a bit much, (despite it being common sense in some countries) it would be appreciated if shoes were taken off at the door.
-Please keep in mind that if anything goes missing that we do have to charge! It is a joy to provide every possible amenity for our guests and it is unfortunate when things get taken.
-In some cases you may be charged for damaged or stained linens (depending on the price of the linen, most sheets cost $25-$45).
-There is an extra cleaning fee of $300 dollars for vomit. (same as Uber)
***It is completely understood that accidents do happen, you will be charged only under reasonable circumstances.
