Apartment 12 is a particularly attractive and comfortable apartment, beautifully designed in autumn shades.
You enter via a shallow lobby, which has space for hanging coats, a full-length mirror, a couple of small shelves, and a good-size cupboard with more shelving and hanging space.
Directly ahead is the spacious living area - light and attractive with a large window, a long sofa, coffee table, flat-panel TV, built-in display shelves and lots of space. A particular feature of this room is the striking lighting, much of it inset.
The dining area has a glass-topped table with seating for six. A door leads out to the private balcony, which faces east.
The Italian-designed kitchen, comes equipped with everything: Bosch oven, built-in microwave, fridge, deep-freeze, extractor fan and washing-up machine. There is lots of storage for your supplies and cooking utensils, and plenty of space for cooking.
Among the equipment installed in the kitchen is a washer-drier for your laundry.
Through the door to the left of the entrance lobby is the master bedroom, a bright room with a large window facing east. There’s a stylish double bed with bedside tables, a large wardrobe for storing your clothes, and a dressing table and chair. This room has wall-to-wall carpeting.
Next to the master bedroom is the bathroom, featuring the bath, shower cabinet, toilet by Geberit, bidet, storage, a heated towel rail and an extractor fan.
First door in the corridor to the right of the entrance lobby is the guest toilet, with toilet, basin, extractor fan and mirror.
The second bedroom comes next, a cosy room with large built-in wardrobe by its entrance, fitted carpets, a single bed, and large window with a door leading out to the balcony.
The third bedroom has two beds, bedside units, a desk with shelves and chairs, wall-to-wall carpets, and a built-in wardrobe. The beds can be re-configured to provide one double bed.
Adjacent to this bedroom the second bathroom has a double-shower cabinet, toilet by Geberit, storage, a heated towel rail and an extractor fan.
In the entrance lobby is your security panel – controlling the movement sensors in each room. The front door itself has quadruple drop-locks for maximum security.
In the lobby, too, is the entry phone for greeting your visitors.
The apartment has wooden parquet floors and tiled corridor areas.
Unusually for Sofia, the whole apartment is fully air-conditioned – a boon at the height of summer… this is a city that can get extremely hot. And of course it has full central heating.
This apartment has wi-fi Internet access already installed, and accessible from every room. You will find lots of other thoughtful touches including plenty of electrical points throughout the apartment.
Every window in this apartment has built-in shutters for heat and sound insulation. Should you wish, these are designed also to black out external light.
