Very lovely apartment! Clean, cozy, and very close to the nicest beach in Split; žnjan Beach. I recommend this place to anyone who is trying to relax in Split. Dario was a great host as well

So I would describe Dario as a polite rude person. His wife and him are very polite and educated but don't care and don't put themselves in other people's shoes. The whole time at their place it's one annoyance after another. First getting there in your car you have to go through a bunch of grueling narrow alleyways where you wonder if you are going to ruin your paint job. Once you park your car you don't feel like moving it. People aren't used to this. There is a flight of stairs I don't mind others might. Someone downstairs smokes every 5 minutes and it gets into the apartment and has a chronic cough and they are smoking/coughing all night long. There was this disgusting smell coming from the kitchen. When I complain Dario comes and finds an old potato behind the sink/stove. Him and his wife clean the apartment in the first place like they didn't notice the smell when cleaning. The shower floods so you stand in a pool of water when showering. I ask Dario how to use the washing machine and have to wait three hours for him to respond because he has to ask his wife. He provides detergent but when I asked about fabric softener he tells me to go buy it. My clothes were clean but they were so hard they can stand on their own. Like I am going to travel Europe with fabric softener? Then he ignores messages. Finally he asks me when I am leaving the night before my check out. I respond then he is blowing up my phone in the morning with the same question begging for a response. Saying his other guest is coming in the morning.like I care I am trying to sleep. Him and his wife are very educated and polite in person. But they are very self centered and don't give the feeling of being welcomed and you get the sense they don't care. Also he asks me what I do for a living as soon as he meets me this is very invasive for normal western people. I tried to find another place but everything was booked for ultra otherwise I would of left.

Dear Ivan, I'm glad that you were a guest in my apartment. You are always welcome as well as other guests. All the guests who were in the apartment are satisfied and therefore I feel the need to give a detailed answer to each of your complaints or comments: 1. I am glad that you are perceiving us as educated persons, what we are. We respect all people regardless of their school. 2. Susks of the street-such streets are in Split. I was not really a street designer in Split. 3. Putting on the shoes of others-we are always doing well-being for our guests. Look at some other comments. We welcome each guest, wait for them with a car on the bus station, get back to the bus station, welcome the welcome drink and we are at our guest's disposal all the time (we try to fulfill all reasonable wishes of our guests, but it is not good to think that renting the apartment also includes a personal assistant 24 hours ) 4. Our apartment has a parking place for our guests. This parking I pay every month and my guests use it for free. We also showed to you that place and you parked a car there. What was the problem? 5. Stairs exist (in the description of the apartment it says it is on the first floor). 6. The behavior of other guests in other apartments I can not comment (tolerance is a beautiful human trait and we teach our children to cuddle any man as well as the child's cry should be tolerated). 7. The smell - we did not notice that smell when the apartment was cleaned (one small potato guest poured behind the sink). That's me in the morning in the 7th i made (the apartment behind each guest cleans very detailed, changing linens and towels). 8. The shower-behind each guest shower cabin is thoroughly cleaned and the siphon is washed away, behind you there are a lot of hair and other waste that has affected the flow of water. 9. Washing machine - just because we care about the comfort of our guests we bought a washing machine and put it in the toilet. In the toilet there is an excellent detergent for the goods. This is not a usual offer of apartments, but a bonus for our dear guests. Even in the hotel guests do not have a washing machine and detergent. Do I need to comment on the message sent in the evening that you need a softener? 10. We respond to all our guests in time and we are constantly in touch. Read a few more comments, please. If someone does not respond immediately to the message, the host has a job and is not constantly on the cell phone. Patience and kindness are wonderful qualities and everyone should work on them. 11. Our guests are always welcome. From the very first moment, we make everybody feel so and those who stay one night and those who stay for a week. Our guest is holy. Galileo long ago concluded that the Earth is turning around the Sun, but individuals still think they are the center of the world. 12. Is it not nice for a person to show that we care about her and talk a few minutes about where she comes from and what she deals with? We give guests a map of the town, say them about the beaches and the bus and what is nice to see in Split. Experience with other guests shows that this is fine. Ivan, thank you for the biggest comment I received. I hope you enjoyed Split and have had a nice vacation. In the end I will repeat: all our guests are welcome and we really try to feel that way. We had a lovely stay in Split! The apartment was nice and clean and everything worked out well. Dario and Mila were really nice hosts. The location of the apartment was ok, about 2-3 kilometers from the city center. There were lovely beaches nearby.

Siamo stati nella casa 4 notti ad agosto. Dario è una persona molto disponibile e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni appena siamo arrivati. La casa è accogliente e pulita, inoltre in una zona tranquilla. L'appartamento si trova a 10 minuti di macchina sia dalla spiaggia, sia dal centro città. Consigliato!
