The living room is comfortably furnished with plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV with cable and DVD. The dining room has table seating for 6-7 people (plus bar seating for 3) and the adjacent kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to prepare a hearty meal or fix drinks, après ski. There is also a small balcony with a propane BBQ grill that is accessed from the living room area.
On the main entry level is the grand master bedroom with a king bed, private deck, and en suite private bathroom. This bedroom has a flat screen TV with cable, and a small desk for your use. Wireless broadband internet will allow you (and your suitably equipped device) to take that important video conference and get right back on the slopes.
Down a level is a second master bedroom with a king bed, walk in closet, and a Jack and Jill bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom and the secondary living room. The bunk room is also on this level and offers a twin-on-top, queen-on-bottom bunk bed with its own private bathroom. In addition, there is a pull-out, twin trundle bed (for kids). Adjacent to these bedrooms is a secondary living room that provides a great place for the group to spread out and relax after a full day of skiing, hiking or shopping. It offers a flat screen TV with cable, Nintendo Wii, and BluRay/DVD, together with a pull out queen sofa bed and additional seating. In addition you can access the private outdoor hot tub from this level.

The home is great for 3 couples (all with king or queen beds) and perfect for a pair of families (with as many as 6 children) looking to get away in Breckenridge.

A maximum of 8 adults or 10 total with children are allowed at the property at any one time. A maximum number of vehicles will be mentioned in the lease agreement as well. Street parking is not allowed anywhere in the county, and no trailers are allowed without prior written authorization.
The minimum age requirement to rent is 30. This applies to all members of the group unless a substantially older parent or guardian is traveling with you. Children are not subject to this policy of course assuming they are accompanied by an adult 30 years of age or older. It is not acceptable to have one person the age of 30 and other members of the group age ranging from 18-29.
House parties, excessive noise, and/or other violations of local ordinances or laws are not allowed at any time. Such occurrences will be subject to termination of the rental, loss of any monies paid, possible law enforcement action, and immediate eviction from the premises. Please don't put your group in a bad position if the intent of the stay does not match these guidelines.
Smoking within any property including the garage is not acceptable at any time. A $250.00 fee will be assessed to any renter found to have smoked any substance within a property plus the cost of mitigating the odor for the following guest.
Pets are allowed at some properties. Additional fees do apply. Be sure to check prior to booking as well as consult the lease agreement that will be sent with each reservation. Unauthorized pets will be charged a $250.00 fee plus the cost of a professional carpet clean and any other costs that may be incurred to bring the property back to a pet free level of operation.
