Located just 4 miles North of downtown Breckenridge in a new subdivision called "The Shores" you will find this top of the line 3 bedroom, 3 bath property.
Vaulted ceilings, wood accents, a gourmet kitchen, a private outdoor hot tub, and outdoor fire pit (not always available during winter dates) are just some of the lavish amenities that will allow you to relax while on vacation. Additional amenities include free WIFI internet access and an outdoor BBQ grill. If anyone in your group likes to fly fish there is access to a private stretch of the Blue River in this neighborhood and the fishing is fantastic!
On the main floor you have a very spacious open plan living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room comes with a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining room can seat 6 at the table and up to 4 more at the kitchen breakfast bar. There is a half bath on this level for your convenience. In addition the main master bedroom is on this level with King bed, full bath with tub and separate walk in shower, and TV with cable.
As you head upstairs you come to a secondary living room with comfortable couch seating and TV with cable and Blu Ray. There is also two more bedrooms on this level. One of the rooms has a king bed and an ensuite bath with tub/shower combination. This ensuite bath is set up as a jack and jill so that those using the secondary living room can also access this bathroom. The other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds that each have a double on top and double on bottom. There is an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower for this bedroom.

All bookings are subject to cancellation without the signed lease agreement and copy of a valid driver's license.
A maximum of 8 adults or 12 total with children are allowed at the property at any one time. A maximum number of vehicles will be mentioned in the lease agreement as well. Street parking is not allowed anywhere in the county, and no trailers are allowed without prior written authorization.
The minimum age requirement to rent is 30. This applies to all members of the group unless a substantially older parent or guardian is traveling with you. Children are not subject to this policy of course assuming they are accompanied by an adult 30 years of age or older. It is not acceptable to have one person the age of 30 and other members of the group age ranging from 18-29.
House parties, excessive noise, and/or other violations of local ordinances or laws are not allowed at any time. Such occurrences will be subject to termination of the rental, loss of any monies paid, possible law enforcement action, and immediate eviction from the premises. Please don't put your group in a bad position if the intent of the stay does not match these guidelines.
Smoking within any property including the garage is not acceptable at any time. A $250.00 fee will be assessed to any renter found to have smoked any substance within a property plus the cost of mitigating the odor for the following guest.
Pets are allowed at some properties. Additional fees do apply. Be sure to check prior to booking as well as consult the lease agreement that will be sent with each reservation. Unauthorized pets will be charged a $250.00 fee plus the cost of a professional carpet clean and any other costs that may be incurred to bring the property back to a pet free level of operation.
