My place is close to parks, great views, the beach, and restaurants and dining. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Walking with the outdoor shoes on, isn't allowed inside the apartment.
Michael (on behalf of Yeng) was very accomodating despite jet lag from a recent trip. He awaited us for our late arrival and even lent us his bikes! What a great way to see Stockholm. The place is an organised chaos, I must say. If you like spatial clarity, you won't have that here, but despite that, it's a warm and friendly place, comfortable beds and close to the city. Thanks Michael - legend!
THE GOOD: Yeng was able to accomodate me at short notice. She came down to car park and helped me with my stuff, and her home is conveniently close to public transport and short ride into the centre. Bed was comfy and quiet, and I had a good night's sleep THE BAD: At the time of booking, the cleaning fee (48AUD) was greater than the 1 night's stay (32AUD) and in my opinion is excessive. In general the sheets/bed and facilities were clean, but for the bedroom floor needed more thorough vacuum for that price. The listed free parking wasn't available at the time, and cost 20SEK/3AUD per 24 hours.
The so called cleaning fee is not only a cleaning fee - it's an instrument for discouraging people from booking for only one night. There is lot of work in initial communication and checking in, welcoming, explaining the house rules and checking out of guests, and I like to charge for that time. No one forces anybody to accept the price for the accommodation. But I admit, calling the initial, startup fee for cleaning fee is a bit misleading. The free parking is always available at the center of Bredäng, 400 m away from the house. Sometimes there are free parking spaces even closer to the house but nothing to count on. However 20 SEK for the parking in front of the house is not excessive, is it. :) But as said, the free parking is always available at the center of Bredäng, 400 m away from the house.
