A very special and unique apartment, 20 minutes from the city center, a stone's throw from Park Güell and a short walk from the bustling plazas that make this neighbourhood a favourite for locals. You will love this space for the sunlight, the balcony, the books, the music, the little decorating details that make it special. Good for couples, business travellers or families with one or two children. Perfect for people with artistic interests and who appreciate creativity and originality.
The flat is an airy but cozy space with plenty of light all day long. It has two double bedrooms available, a lovely living room where you can relax and watch TV, listen to music, or grab any of the books from the library; a dining table that seats 3-4 people, as well as a really nice balcony where you can enjoy the sun, the views and the fresh air while you sit on the rocking chair or have your breakfast or evening drinks.
The kitchen is fully prepared for you to cook any of your meals, with a microwave, access to the fridge and obviously all the pots, pans and utensils you might need.
I've lived in this apartment for many years and made it my home, so it's full of little details and things that make it special and that I hope you enjoy as much as I do.
As I will be away for the holidays, you will have full access to every space of the house and I hope you will treat the home as it were your own, enjoying every part of it as well as taking care of its upkeep during your stay. You will have fresh linen in both bedrooms as well as clean towels when you arrive.
While I'm away you will be able to contact me or someone I trust in case of any issues or needs that arise during your stay.
Only available for families or couples.
Please check the other reviews on my profile for an idea of what the apartment is like when you stay ;)
Hi! I'm Maria Elisa, I'm 34 and I've lived in Barcelona for almost ten years after a 7-year stint in London. The thing I like most in the world is music, closely followed by all creative pursuits, be it art, design, fashion, literature or photography. I am very sociable and love meeting new people, and really enjoy being a host and taking care of the people around me, as well as showing them my own view of the city I live in. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese and Catalan fluently as well as a bit of French and Italian (the basics!). I like sharing my space with people from all over the world for short stints, and particularly enjoy hosting people with creative interests whom I can have a stimulating conversation with and who will enjoy the little things that make my house unique.
