The house has two flat screen TVs with Roku/Firestick and WI-FI internet access, computer, printer, iron, all kitchen essentials, BBQ and patio furniture. There is also a roll out bed available that can be put anywhere.
The spacious master bathroom is equipped with a deep jetted tub, walk-in shower, two sinks, standard toilet and a bidet. The guest bathroom was beautifully remodeled this summer and has heated floors.
Most of the home is available for guest use.

Located just 76 miles from Grand Canyon National Park, Flagstaff, AZ is surrounded by the largest Ponderosa Pine forest in the world. Flagstaff is an outdoor paradise Great hiking, biking, downhill and Nordic ski trails are minutes from every house in Flagstaff. Flagstaff is a mountain town close to attractions like Sedona, Lake Powell, the Colorado and San Juan Rivers, the Navajo Nation and the Hopi Tribe.
Directions to urban trail
There are many varieties of restaurant, bars, small local shops and a mall. Flagstaff was once solely a lumber and cowboy town but now has most amenities. Off the main streets the town is made up of old and new places that try to keep a feel of Flagstaff's natural beauty.
Be prepared for mountain weather at 7,000 feet. Mostly sunny and mild the temperature often varies by as much as 40 degrees in a day. Spring can be windy, summer average temperature is 82 degrees and it has never reached 100 degrees here. Monsoons happen in July and usually bring afternoon delightfully drenching and cooling rains. Fall are usually mild and the Quaking Aspen leaves changing are spectacular. Winter normally brings an average of 100.3 inches of snow.
There is bus line close and taxi service available. You can easily walk or bike to some of the best trails and parks in Flagstaff as well as to the famous Museum of Northern Arizona. If you are feeling adventurous you can walk/ride your bike on the urban trail all the way into downtown Flagstaff!
Pack for mountain weather. Our house is at 7,300 feet above sea level. Temperature variation in any day may be 40 degrees or more.
During the summer shorts and tee shirts are appropriate and a light jacket or sweater may be needed at night. In June through August there may be afternoon showers.
Fall can be cool so be prepared for low temperatures in the 50 degree range. Look for the autumn leaves especially the quaking aspens which turn a spectacular golden yellow.
Winters can be sunny and warm or temperatures can drop as low as minus eighteen degrees. Be prepared for snow as Flagstaff receives over 100 inches of snow per year. Roads are usually cleared fairly quickly and the warm sun usually melts off the snow fairly quickly. Heavy jackets, snow boots, layered clothing may be needed.
Spring is beautiful here but at times it can be windy with rare rainy days. A light jacket may be needed at night.
