My place is close to Trick Dog, Flour + Water, Sightglass Coffee, Atlas Cafe, San Jalisco, Limon, Foreign Cinema, El Techo, and Range.
You’ll love my place because of:
the location - in the HEART of San Francisco's most vibrant neighborhood;
the proximity to BART (four blocks) and Bus transportation (half-a-block);
the garaged parking spot;
the quiet landscaped shared backyard (with gas BBQ);
expansive views from the shared roof-deck (with BBQ), and
the attentive host...

Feel free to ask me any questions you'd like about this, my place, the neighborhood, the City or anything you'd like - regardless if you book my place or not. As a fellow traveler, I am very happy to answer you and give you an experienced resident/host/traveler's perspective.
- This is a quiet building. Please respect the neighbors who are all working professionals by keeping noise in the building's entry hall to a minimum. And no parties.
Born in Toledo, Ohio, Raised in Napa, CA and Davis, CA, and attended UCLA undergrad and UC Hastings Law School. Professional, family oriented guy with friends all over the world. Toured for months all over Ireland, backpacked through Europe, studied in Copenhagen, lived in Amsterdam and Alicante, Spain, toured Australia and NZ, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico, but my home remains in my beloved San Francisco, on/off for the past 18 years.
I have enjoyed AirBnB before as a house guest, I am respectful of all house rules and owner's concerns (I am a homeowner myself), and if traveling I will treat your space with concern and tread lightly, as they say. I have only used AirBnB when I am visiting family or friends so I tend to only sleep there, and maybe watch a little TV or surf the net. Anyway, my friends tell me I'm a nice guy, so yeah...what else to say. :-)
I just started as a host for other travelers in my condo in San Francisco's Mission District beginning July 7th. 2016, and intend to meet the needs of my guests and exceed their expectations as a host.
Very happy to answer any questions you might have.
My favorite poem is Desiderata.
