The Loft is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, GA and like most large urban settings there are a couple of things to consider before booking:
-Parking (which is free) on the front street, side and behind the building can get pretty demanding during evening and weekends. We recommend making arrangements with the host before arrival if parking is needed. We can reserve space behind the building. Otherwise we recommend using taxi, Lyft and Uber as alternatives.
-The unit is in the center of the building and insulated from street noise. Guests might, on occasion, hear the faint sounds of the train as it moves through the city.
Note: If you prefer a more suburban area, this Airbnb may not be the best fit.
There is a keyless entry lock and a private code to get into the building. Inside the Loft is open and inviting to the eye. There is full bathroom with a washer and dryer and a full kitchen. There is a full fridge, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker.
I'll meet guests to introduce myself when you arrive for your stay. I'm friendly and happy to answer any questions, but otherwise will respect your privacy. If travel arrangements (such as late checkin) prevent you from meeting in person, we highly recommend that you read guest manual which will be left onsite. Its packed with useful information and recommendations.
I take great care of my residence when I am not sharing it with friends. Please leave the loft as you found it. Utmost regard for building and host rules is important. Be a conscientious guest.

Damani's (RGB Loft) House Rules
When you stay in an Airbnb, you're staying in someone's home. Here are some guidelines.
• Check-in is after 3pm
• Maximum guest capacity 4
- One Queen size bed
- One Queen size air mattress (By request only)
• No Pets
• No Parties
• No Smoking
• No loud music
Each guest agrees to the following conditions list below:
These conditions are an agreement between parties. Any infringement permits the RBG Loft to refuse a key, amend the rental and/or terminate the Tenancy without refund. Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the RBG Loft in writing.
RBG Loft and Guest(s) agree that only the listed guest(s) in the application will take up the premise except approved by the authority of RBG Loft in writing and property will only be used for residential purpose.
PLEASE clean up after yourself in any shared area and keep luggage, shoes and damp towels off the furniture, bedspread, etc., thanks!
It's the guest's responsibility to advise RBG Lofts if they will be late or have been delayed during business hours to arrange alternate key collection.
CHECK-IN times are by arrangement between 3PM and 7:00PM. Later check-ins (up until 10PM) can be arranged in special circumstances. $25 fee for check-ins before 3PM or after 10PM and only by prior arrangement. $50 fee for check-ins after midnight and only by prior arrangement.
Free parking spaces are along the street and side of the building between parking signs. Please follow local parking ordinances, as they are strictly enforced by local authorities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. The guest(s) will ensure that the suites remain free of smoke contamination. In case of some contamination, a penalty of $300 will be charged. Charges for extraordinary cleaning due to misuse of the facility may also apply.
Pets are not allowed.
Parties, events and functions are strictly prohibited. Excessive noise or forbidden parties will immediately terminate the tenancy without refund and the building security will remove anyone breaking this very strict rule from the property ASAP.
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and strict legal action will be taken against offenders and they will be removed fro property by security and/or police immediately.
NO weapons of any kind are permitted on the property without prior written permission (e.g. If you are in town for a fencing match we can make allowances for your sabre when you make your reservation.) And I might ask to borrow it to open a bottle of champagne.
NO using the internet to download illegal or restricted material.
The Tenant must vacate the premises upon RBG Loft demand without refund if this agreement is breached. Infringements include incorrect information supplied upon booking the property, causing malicious damage to the property being/causing a public nuisance, excess noise, parties, accommodating more persons than agreed to or ignoring warning or requests from RGB Lofts.
Unit is located in a exclusive residential loft building and RBG Loft asks that the tenants/guests are considerate regarding noise after the legal time limit.
RBG Lofts can make inspection of the premises upon demand.
Lost & Forgotten Items:
Please check carefully before you leave the property, as we cannot guarantee any items left in property will be found and returned to you.
If you loose any of the following there will be a charge to replace; Door key cost is $20.
RBG Lofts content liability insuring policy does not insure the Guest's personal belongings. The Guest's own home insurance would apply to this. RBG Lofts shall not in any event whatsoever be liable or responsible in any way for:
1) Any personal injury or death that may be suffered or sustained by the Guest(s) or any employee of the Guest(s) or any member of the Guest(s) family, his agents, or any other person who may be upon the rented premises.
(2) Any loss of or damage or injury to any property including cars and contents thereof belonging to the Guest(s) or any member of the Guests family or to any person while such property is on the rented premises.
