The Central Hacienda is walking distance to all of Downtown, lots of eateries, coffee shops, venues, bars, and the lake! You’ll love my place because of the attention to detail both inside and out which make this an incredible home in an incredible location. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
There are two houses on this large, corner property. You will have access to the entire from house which has two large porches, ample parking, large yard, and shared patio/courtyard space.
If we are renting out our house it is because we are out of town. Unfortunately we probably will not have a chance to meet you but we will always be contactable should you need anything.
- HOUSE RULES: CHECK-IN any time after 4 P.M. and CHECK-OUT is by 11:00A.M. NON-SMOKING home. Smoking is permitted outside only. NO DRUGS or anything that is illegal. NO PETS are permitted on premises at any time. PARKING is available for guests on the front and side streets. RV or bus parking requires approval. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is limited to the number specified when booking or a 50% additional fee will be assessed per extra person. BIKES are the guest's responsibility when they are taken off-property. EXCEPTIONS are a part of life, let’s just make sure we both have them in writing! DAMAGE DEPOSIT- Will not be charged provided the following provisions are met: (1) No damage is done to home or its contents, no missing property. (2) No smell of cigarette and/or cigar smoke inside the property. (3) House is left in a reasonable condition, not unusually soiled/worn. (4) Occupancy of rental does not exceed the specified rental number. (5) No weddings, graduations, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette parties without prior approval. (6) Check-out occurs by 11 am. 25% of nightly rate for each additional hour at property (prior to check-in or past check-out) (7)Facilities usage (kitchen, parking, laundry, restrooms, etc) for documented guests only. FINAL NOTES: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. This is a beautiful historic home. PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS (both us and others) by moderating late-night noise. Pleas be especially quiet after 10pm. WE AIM TO PLEASE. We are people oriented owners and would love to help make your stay as memorable as possible. Please do not hesitate to ask for anything you may need.
