My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the people, the ambiance, the light, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Experience Havana like a native, and enjoy the comfort of top-of-the-line fixtures, such as hot water, air conditioning, and the luxury of being in one of the oldest parts of this glorious city. This restored 1930s house boasts the fixtures that Havana is renowned for, including original Seville tiles, brick floors, and gorgeous wooden cabinets for your possessions.
My bed-and-breakfast brings the best of the old world into the new, at a fraction of the cost. A stone’s throw from the famous Paseo and the Parque Central Hotel, my bed and breakfast is half a block to the Museum Mile of Havana. In the same street as the famous bar Boteguita del Medio, and steps from the old Presidential Palace of Batista (now the Museo de la Revolucion), the shopping center of Obispo, and the four plazas that have influenced the history of Old Havana, my apartment gives you the peace, quiet, and comfort that you desire from your vacation, while remaining within two blocks to the famous Malecon, and within walking distance to the Chocolate Museum, and the heart of everything that Havana is known for. The apartment is mere feet from the Seville-Biltmore, which featured in Nobel Prize winning novelist Graham Greene’s “Our Man in Havana,” as well as the Floridita hotel, frequented by Ernest Hemingway.
This restored building boasts Seville tiled floors in the landing, and brick tiled floors in each of its rooms. Transportation is available within 30 seconds of walking- and in fact, this apartment is close to all the buses and tours that leave for your excursions to Vinales, Trinidad, or Veradero.

We also have a fully-equipped wine cellar with wines from Italy, Spain, and Chile. Cuban beer such as Cristal and Buccanero are also available for you to enjoy your meal.
Allow me to show you Havana the way I fell in love with it, when I moved here eleven years ago. You will leave with the will to return, time and again.
I am happy to give guests information, or let them do their own thing. It's up to the guest, how much we interact.
Hi, my name is Stefano. As a Roman born native, I am long accustomed to dealing with incredible clients, from my early days owning a bookstore in Rome. When the book market crashed globally in 2005, I decided to start a new adventure.
I was drawn to Havana, but was shocked by the crumbling dilapidation that institutes the houses that people or live in. With the desire to create new relationships in a newly reinvigorated economic climate in Havana, I decided to buy a house, and convert it into a world-class facility for visiting guests.
I have always been interested in restoring old buildings, and have made sure to ensure that my bed and breakfast boasts of the very hospitality in the old world, that everyone who has ever been to Italy, knows that we Italians are renowned for. I hope that the beauty of old Havana is apparent in my house, because my aim is to give my guests an excellent accommodation, an amazing restaurant experience, and for them to leave with the same feeling of joy that I myself have experienced living in this gorgeous city.
I love meeting new people, learning about other cultures, and enjoy a good conversation with others from all over the world. If you require privacy, I am happy to guide you in any way required and leave you thus, and will do whatever to ensure you have a good time. Please do feel free to message me with any questions that you have, prior to booking.
Thank you for considering my casa, and bienvenido a Cuba! I look forward to assisting you in having the best experience possible in Havana.
