This spacious home is situated near to a bay, close to the world famous Turtle Farm, a few restaurants, many attractions and is only several minutes drive to the beautiful 7 mile beach. The perfect place for a large family or a couple who wants to get away for a weekend, a honeymoon, a nice, peaceful vacation or a real island experience with authentic CaymanKind, this is the house for you. We offer visitors a chance to experience a quieter, unspoiled and naturally beautiful side of the island.
1.Smoking is allowed on the back patio or outside only.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the property or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the premise.

7.TURN OFF AIR CONDITIONING, LIGHTS AND FANS WHEN LEAVING THE HOME FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME.
8.PARKING – Parking is limited to 6 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the garage and designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. For any stay over one week a mandatory mid-week cleaning will be conducted at the Guest's expense. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.
10.Cleaning: The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. The rental fee includes laundry service for the towels and linens. Guest is required to leave the property in the same general condition that it was received in by making sure the dishes are washed and put away and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted and laundered.
11.Water and Septic: The property is on city water and tank septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to US$(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).Non-disturbance clause: Guest and their visitors shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors nor use the property for any unlawful purpose.
13.Use of property/absences: Guest shall occupy and use the Property as a dwelling unit. Tenant shall notify homeowners of any anticipated extended absence from the Property not later than the first day of the extended absence. Guest will maintain the property in good order and appearance including keeping the property free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the property.
Born and bred here on this spectacular Island, I am a native son of the soil. I have done a bit of traveling and some of my favourite destinations would be the Bahamas, Jamaica, Cuba, Las Vegas amongst other US destinations. Being able to travel most of the Caribbean by way of cruise ships was a great experience. My life motto would be to serve others as I would want to be served.
