Property features include:
•Relax in open plan living: a modern kitchen, dining table and comfortable leather couches and additional chairs.
•Select a DVD from the expansive library, sit in front of the cosy gas fire or simply gaze at the panoramic views.
•The living and dining areas open out onto an entertainers’ deck with outdoor seating for eight and a hooded BBQ.
•The kitchen is well-equipped including with an easy to use coffee machine, and is open plan with bar stool seating and the dining area with seating for eight.
•Upstairs the master bedroom has a king bed and large ensuite, complete with spa bath and separate shower.
•Two more bedrooms share the family bathroom: one has a queen bed and the other has two single beds.
•All three bedrooms have a TV with SKY (cable), good sized wardrobes and sliding door access to a balcony or patio to maximise views and indoor/outdoor flow.
•There is also a rear courtyard – sunny and sheltered.
•Practicalities include: a laundry, guest bathroom on the main living level, underfloor heating throughout, heated towel rails, double internal access garage and drying cupboard for your ski gear.
Rate is all-inclusive of GST, free wifi and local calls, linen, exit clean and for a maximum of six guests.
•Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age.

•Minimum night stay of 3 nights most of year (as per council regulation) and 4 nights during ski season. Min 5 night stay applies for Christmas and NYE period (15th December - 8th January).
•A standard exit clean is included in your booking; however you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example.
•Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Lake View Villa.
•No pets or animals are permitted.
•Lake View Villa is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager.
•We are required to take a valid credit card for security at the time of booking or on arrival at the house, in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken from the card. (We accept MasterCard or Visa).
