What a wonderful place to spend your break in Orlando. This two bedroom suite has all the amenities of a high end condo plus all the extras of a five star hotel. Have amazing food on the 11th floor restaurant and one of the nicest views from a pool in the area. This home mixes amazing antiques with new styles. Fabulous home for your 5 star vacation. Not only this the view is spectacular.. WOW front row seats for the daily Disney fireworks! Two balconies are just so nice to sit and relax in.

The bedrooms are spacious and each has it's own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a King bed; the second bedroom has 2 x Queen beds. The master bathroom is huge with a walk in shower, garden tub, double sinks.

Staying in this condo is a great way to experience Orlando, Disney and all that the area has to offer. The Reunion Grande is a five star hotel with condos instead of rooms. The pool on the 12th floor is a great place to hang out and meet your neighbors and fellow travelers. It's just one floor above you and has spectacular views of the area.

Beautiful facility and unit. However small annoyances and inconveniences made for an average experience. The purpose of the trip was to relax on my birthday weekend and take my daughter to the water park that is a featured amenity. Access to the water park was a challenge as I was provided incorrect instructions on the process to obtain passes to access the park. Which completely sucked because a few of my family and friends wanted to accompany my daughter and I to the water park. It wasn't about the money because we were prepared to pay, it was the fact that I was not made aware of the process before hand. It wasn't in the check in instructions nor was there a handbook on site to spell out what was required. Not to mention I was given incorrect information on accessing passes for the water park. The hosted indicated I only needed to go pick up passes after check in. However, I was educated in the correct process very quickly by the resort staff that refused to provide passes without all of the names of the people that needed access. The names should have been provided before my arrival and I could have just picked up the passes. The final straw was the rude exchange between the host's staff. We were running behind at check out and I left the unit to get a bellman to help take our belongings to my vehicle. The staff member stopped me while getting off the elevator in the hall and said "are you in unit ...?" I answered yes, he then replied, "you need to leave. Check out was at 10 am; you need to go!" I then told him that I was getting a bellman to assist with our belongings. He then just walked away. When I returned to the unit I learned that he was also rude to my 10 yr. old daughter demanding that she immediately leave the unit. She began to call and text me in fear but my phone was in my purse. Overall, underwhelmed.

We have already apologized for the miscommunication regarding the passes for the Water Park and there will be information sent to guest on this process prior to their arrival. This was my error and we rectified it as quickly as possible so you could attend the water park with your daughter and a couple of guests. The water park attendance is closely monitored by the resort and each home owner is given only a certain number of passes per year. The 10 additional people you wanted park passes for simply are not possible as a part of a reservation for the condo which sleeps up to 6 people. The resort staff will have explained that to you as to why they could not furnish you with so many passes. I spoke with the gentleman that was at the condo at check-out and he explained to me that he was in no way rude to you or your daughter. He has been dealing with our guests for many years and has never had such things said about him. When he spoke to your daughter it was simply to find out if your group was almost ready to leave. He left the condo again while waiting for the group to leave. The cleaning crew was ready to access the condo at 10am to prepare the condo for guests arriving that same day and he was trying to give them an idea as to when they could access the condo to begin their work. I am sorry that you feel your experience was under whelming Jevetta, but glad to hear that you enjoyed the condo.

When I travel, I also use Airbnb to find great places to stay. So many people have so many great places on offer, it's seems a shame not to experience a place like the folks who live there do.
