Tucked on the 2nd floor of a stunning 2 story duplex that feels more like a large house. Building comes equipped with a gym and an incredible rooftop. We have a very quiet and private space but always open to great conversation! Place is accommodating for clean couples and solo adventurers.
949 Willoughby Ave AKA The Bushwick Lyceum is a newly renovated one of a kind building furnished with charm such as soaring ceilings, exposed brick walls, and iron staircases. Designed with hardwood floors of solid oak, enormous original windows, extremely high ceilings, chef's kitchen with dish washer, and multiple luxurious baths. Enjoy all the brand new appliances and amenities, which include a state of the art gymnasium, beautiful lobby, as well as amazing views of the city from a huge appointed rooftop. Room is tucked away on the second floor and has a small private entrance. Sleep on a clean and comfortable queen size bed and experience a a beautiful window view.
Guests will have access to a top floor luxurious shared bathroom with a bath and shower. Our kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster over, dishwasher and countless cooking utensils. Located below the apartment is a full exercise gym, cozy common area, and breath taking rooftop.
We like to meet the people staying with us and we love to build lasting relationships. We love to learn about other peoples cultures and experiences and share our own as well as share our favorite things in New York and life in general. We are fun, friendly, clean, and energetic. We will most likely all be present during your stay but we love our jobs so most of the time we are out working or creating something.

Trains dont run to the airports in New York. The best solution is to take a $12-15 bus ride into Grand Central Station and take the 4, 5, or 6 train downtown to the Brooklyn Bridge and take the J from there.Not suitable for pets
