There are 4 French doors that lead to a large, private piazza (porch) where you can relax and unwind with a glass of wine and a book.

The apartment is incredibly well situated. The famous Galliard Center is a 1-minute walk and can be seen from the piazza. It is a 3-minute walk to Marion Square where each Saturday morning a farmer’s market with local produce and products are traded. It is a 5-minute walk to the shops, restaurants and bars of King Street.
This is a multi-unit home with a similar apartment above and below. These are both owner occupied and rental units. This unit is non-smoking and not suitable for animals or children. The apartment is also not handicap accessible.
