The room met my expectations. It wasn't quite as close to campus as I had hoped, but it was still manageable. The room was a bit expensive, but given that all hotels/motels were sold out due to Fathers' weekend I didn't have much choice. James was very kind and gracious. He was a very good communicator and did everything in his power to make my stay a comfortable one.
I stayed about 1 month in James house (for work). It's a very quiet place, excellent if you are a student and want to focus. The room is quite large with private bathroom. The rest of the house is shared with different people (mostly students), but you don't get to see/hear them very much (Most of the time I had the feeling that I was just by myself in the house). James lives upstairs but has his own accommodations. He is a very nice guy and has been very helpful and attentive to my needs. My stay has been an overall positive experience. It's definitely a place to study/work.
