This location is what makes my place so wonderful, it can't be beat. Walking distance to the beach, the pier, Downtown Santa Monica, Main street, Venice. Surrounded by trendy restaurants and shopping. Easy access to 10 and 405 freeways.
Fans and great air flow for cooling off
*AC is very rare in Venice (no one really has it because you don't need it). The climate close to the beach is typically about 10-20 degrees cooler than inland, it is very dry here and always cools off at night*

Guests have access to living room, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, dressers and front hall closet. Guests have access to pool and parking garage.
In the parking garage I have spot number 26. You need clicker to get in and out. Please do not touch my items in front of parking structure.
Either myself or someone working for me will meet my guests when they arrive. After that they can call me with any questions on the place or suggestions of places to go, eat or drink.
There is an elevator in the building.
Laundry on site.
Try not to be loud after 11pm. No smoking in the apartment or the building you have to go to the front of the building. No overnight guests not listed on the rental agreement. No Jumping off the balcony (bad idea). No smoking inside.
Please don't bother neighbors or tell them you are renting from AirBnB.
