The things guests love about my condo are: the tranquil nature, with trees out every window, the proximity to CU, walking paths, and more, and the pools! This place may not be for you if you don't like stairs, its a 3 floor walk up (although its more like 2 floors, no second floor), and if you are very sensitive to noise. 90% of the time it is very peaceful & quiet as I have wonderful, respectful neighbors, but it is also a condo complex with people living in close proximity.

A lovely little hideaway in Central Boulder, close to grocery stores, restaurants, CU and beautiful walking paths.
This is a quiet/private 3rd floor 1 bedroom/1 bath condo, with views of greenery out all the windows. Beautifully updated with nice open kitchen, with spacious floor plan. 52" HDtv and DVD player (no cable, but Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Amazon TV, Pandora ready). Wifi throughout.
Bedroom comes complete with a plush pillow top full bed that comfortably sleeps 2, plus a fold down day bed, which sleeps 1 (although it is not the most comfortable for sleep, best for lounging/reading). It has a nice large desk as well, which is great for any student or business traveler.
I also have a double air mattress for 2 more that can easily be set up in the living room.
Each room (living room & bedroom), has its own heating/ac units. The Heat/AC is controlled by the building, on an unannounced date each year (most likely based on a careful analysis of the weather), the HOA changes the central system from Heat to Cooling or vice versa. Colorado weather is unpredictable in the Spring/Fall so I have provided a fan and extra blankets if you end up having one warm night where it is still giving heat or a cool one with cool air (this is rare).
Condominium complex comes complete with access to 3 outdoor pools (seasonal), tennis courts, relaxing gazebo, BBQ areas, and a sand volleyball court.
This wonderful condo is 4 blocks to CU, 5 blocks to 29th Street Mall (Restaurants, Shopping, Movies, Yoga, and more!), & 3 blocks from the lush Scott Carpenter Park & the famously beautiful Boulder Creek Path. 30min walk to Downtown & bustling Pearl Street, or a 10-15min bike ride. Daily bicycle rentals are available all over town.
Parking is first come first serve and unlimited on Madison or there is guest parking within the complex. Easy and abundant.
Skiing/Snowboarding in Winter is also easily accessible. Eldora Mountain is only 20 miles from here and there is a bus that leaves from Downtown every 1.5 hrs.
Easy to use bus lines pick up right at the corner of the complex. Condo is close to everything, but is still amazingly quiet.
Please, no smoking in the apartment.
Coin Washer/Dryers on the premise.
I have lived here for over 5 years, so I can provide a wealth of knowledge about the area and the amazing things to do in town.
Looking forward to meeting you,
You have the apartment to yourself. You are welcome to use all condiments, spices, and teas. There is a lockbox on the door with the key, for easy access.
No one will meet you as you are able to let yourself in with the lockbox key; allowing 24hr access. Easy!
*Lost Pool Key = $25

Hi! I'm originally from Maui, Hawaii, but have been living in and loving Boulder, CO for over 5 years now. I owe a few homes in St. Louis that I share on Airbnb, as well as ones I Co-Host for others. I have a Real Estate Investment & Vacation Rental Co-Hosting Business where I teach people how to find Properties to buy that make great Airbnbs. I love traveling (44 countries and counting) and meeting travelers. I think hosting people is an incredible way to live vicariously through their adventures in between my own. I was a tour guide around the US, so I can be a great reference if you're on or planning a road trip.
