This is a very cute house that is a 15-20 minute walk to the Convention Centre. We found the neighbourhood safe and the people quite friendly. There is a Walmart 3 blocks away for food etc. The subway stop is 4 blocks and we felt safe taking it and walking home later in the evening.
However, the house was not clean when we arrived. We got the impression that Nathan isn't a committed host.
There were dust bunnies everywhere, hairs on the walls of the shower and the kitchen could use a good, thorough cleaning.
We finally found the towels in the dryer. They were damp and smelled bad. We had to wash them twice until they smelled fresh.
You only get one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towel per booking. We had booked in for 8 nights (2 women) and I hadn't expected to have to buy toilet paper or paper towels.
The kitchen is not fully stocked. No toaster, no kettle, no wine glasses (we bought 2 and left them behind.... you're welcome!), no spices, nothing extra at all. The fridge had leftover food in it that should have been thrown out.
Check the ice cubes. They were quite shriveled so we tossed them in the sink, washed the trays and made fresh ones.
This place would be fine for a night or two, but not a long stay.
