This is a cosy one bedroom apartment you can call your home away from home. It is well-equipped with all the amenities and is extremely accessible via public transport. We are a heartbeat from Melbourne CBD, yet the Yarra River and serene park land is just a few steps outside our front door.
Well-behaved pets are welcome. There is a car space available for you to use in the secure basement car park.
Your home away from home! This cosy apartment is on the ground floor and has a private courtyard. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and also a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room so it can sleep up to four. There is a car space in the secure basement car park.
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooktop, convection oven, microwave oven, pod coffee machine, kettle and everything you will need to cook up a storm.
There is a washing machine/dryer in the bathroom. You can use the built-in dryer, or you can use the fold-up clothes drying rack in the apartment or in the private courtyard.
You will have the entire ground-floor apartment to yourself. There is also a private courtyard. Well-behaved pets are welcome but please keep them off the furniture and out of the bedroom.
We will meet you to hand over the keys and show you around the apartment. We will also meet you at the end of your stay.
We will be contactable by phone during your stay if you need assistance with anything.
Prefer check in between 9 am and 10 pm, check out by 12 noon. Let us know if you need something outside of these times.
The cleaning fee includes the second set of bedding for the sofa bed. When booking or sending your enquiry, let us know if you will not need the extra bedding and we can reduce the cleaning fee by $20.
Pets are welcome at our apartment but please keep them off the furniture and out of the bedroom.
Check-out by 12 noon unless by prior arrangement. We can usually handle a slightly later check-out but please let us know if you need this.
We are a couple from Melbourne, Australia. He works in the IT industry, pushing ones and zeroes around the digital ether. She works in the advertising industry, getting messages across by crafting moving images. We share the house with Oscar the chocolate Labrador who spends his day eating, sleeping and playing.
