The Breathing Space is a window lined room in a 100 year old cottage in the world heritage National Park of the Blue Mountains. Private yoga/meditation sessions, wholesome food and silence are offered here in warm, comfortable and beautiful surrounds.
The Breathing Space is a small room with long wooden windows on two sides overlooking wisteria, camellias and Japanese windflowers. A pillow-topped king size single bed sits on a hardwood floor alongside a low table with two meditation cushions and a yoga mat. The room is warm, with flanellette sheets, soft blankets and central heating.
Guests are free to access the yoga room/library, lounge room with slow combustion fire, kitchen, bathroom, verandah and garden. There are many great reading spots around the house and garden with window seats, chairs pulled up to the fire and sunny garden nooks.
I will be available to help during your stay. You can book a private yoga/meditation session for a very reasonable price and meals are available. A suggested itinerary is to arrive late afternoon/evening to home baked bread and soup, early to bed. Breakfast the next morning after a yoga/meditation class and then free time until dinner. Breakfast the next day and checkout.
- There are two beautiful cats at the house which cannot be let out.
